GT Accuracy permits returns and refunds through an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns and refunds must have an email or phone call with GT Accuracy to initiate the return. Failure to contact GT Accuracy for a return or refund, and just sending the goods back, will not be processed. They shipment will be denied or returned to the sender.
Certain goods may not be returned:
- Rifle
- Smokeless Powder
- Primers
- Custom Built To Order Goods
Built to order goods are items that we make on a per order basis. These include but are not limited to:
- Inletting Models or Molds
- Custom Dies
- Custom Bullet Comparators
- Custom Chamber Gauges
These items can be refunded if work is not complete at GT Accuracy's discretion. Any refunds or returns permitted on built to order goods can have their refunds take up to 30 working business days due to our company's size. We do not have an Accounts Receivable or Payable department, so it may take time for refunds or returns to process. Any approved refunds or returns will be processed. Please just be patient in these matters.
